Scholarship Purpose:
To promote the vision of the
AIChE by offering financial support to students who wish to study and
ultimately become professionals in the field of chemical engineering. |
This $2000 scholarship is awarded over 4 years
to a graduating high school senior who plans to study chemical engineering
at an accredited university or college. Scholarship applications and
related materials for the Fall '10 semester will open soon.
Past winners of the
scholarship can re-apply using the
renewal
form.

Scholarship Purpose:
To promote education of future engineers through the opportunity
to explore careers and develop skills in engineering, science,
mathematics, and computers. |
The
Summer Youth Program is a one-week program at the MTU campus, which gives
students an opportunity to explore careers and develop skills. The
students will participate in laboratory, classroom and field experiences in
a selected career area. The scholarship covered room, board, tuition,
and a $100 travel allotment for a one-week session at the Michigan
Technological University (MTU) Summer Youth Program. Scholarship applications
for the Summer '10 term will open soon.
Our scholarship winners for 2008 were Isaac Coats of Calvary
Baptist and Matt Malone of Midland High.
