To promote the vision of the
AIChE by offering financial support to students who wish to study and
ultimately become professionals in the field of chemical engineering.
|This $2000 scholarship is awarded over 4 years
to a graduating high school senior who plans to study chemical engineering
at an accredited university or college.
The section is
now accepting applications for
acceptance will close on April 18, 2014.

Our 2013 Scholarship
winner was Hannah Fetner of Midland - Dow High School.
She plans to
attend the University of Michigan.
To promote education of future engineers through the opportunity
to explore careers and develop skills in engineering and science.
Summer Youth Program is a one-week program at the Michigan Technological University
(MTU) campus, which gives students an opportunity to explore
careers and develop skills. The students will
participate in laboratory, classroom and field experiences
in a selected career area. The scholarship covers
room, board, tuition, and a $100 travel allotment for a
one-week session at the Michigan Technological University Summer Youth Program.

Bullock Creek High School.
